Felix is the founder of ENTRAIDE. He graduated from the University of Birmingham with an MA in Social Policy (2009) and an MSc. in International Development (2010) . He is currently a Housing Officer for Solihull Children’s Services. He also acts as a Consultant for the International Centre for Migration Development Policy (ICMDP). Felix has also worked for 6 years as a Senior Project Manager for an international NGO in Africa.
Ferida is responsible for coordinating all Entraide UK projects and managing staff. She has a sustainable career in the charity sector having worked with asylum seekers, refugees, and other vulnerable migrants for 10 years; including the management of destitution projects, managing & supervising staff, and volunteers in delivering excellent quality casework, advice, advocacy, guidance, and humanitarian assistance to those seeking asylum and protection in the UK. Ferida is highly skilled at relationship building with teams and stakeholders across organisations in West Midlands. She graduated from Aston University with a BSc (Hon) in International Relations & Public Policy Management (2014); and has a Master’s in Public Policy and Social Change (2016) from the same university.
Alia graduated from the University of Wolverhampton with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She has a background in mental health and extensive experience in volunteer management. Alia is responsible for recruiting and supporting volunteers for Entraide to help aid the transition of asylum seekers and refugees as fully integrated members of the local community.
Jo started work with Entraide in November 2020, she is a caseworker with our Syrian families. She graduated from the University of Warwick with a postgraduate diploma in Globalisation and Development. She has extensive case work experience working with vulnerable adults across a wide range of sectors.
Cirhuza has bee with Entraide since July 2019 dealing with casework and advocacy. He has a degree in Regional Planning and one in Business Management. Cirhuza has extensive Casework experience and Project Management experience with refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable migrants both abroad and in the UK, where he has facilitated their integration into society.
Dom started as a Caseworker at Entraide in July 2021 after graduating from the University of Birmingham with an LLB in Law with French Law, a course which included a year studying at the University of Strasbourg. He has experience of working closely with refugees and asylum seekers, and an in depth understanding of the legal system.
Muna supports both the Homework Club and Casework projects thanks to her language skills. She graduated from University of Baghdad with a BA in Arabic Literacy language. Muna spent a considerable number of years in Sweden and has extensive experience in the UK and abroad as a primary teacher of Arabic and volunteered with Birmingham Mind.
Rommelyn joined Entraide in October as a Teaching Assistant at our Homework club. She studied at the University of Derby where she graduated with a BA in Business Administration with French Subsidiary. Rommelyn has also undertaken studies in Education at Solihull College. Before joining Entraide, she worked in the Airline Industry.
